In this 8-Week Coaching Intensive you will get:

• A 1 hour coaching call every week to help you clarify and realize your goals, drumming and otherwise.

• A customized nutrition plan - that means, it’s made specifically for you, your tastes, your non-negotiables, your life.

• A fun, safe and effective customized exercise plan - starting from exactly where you are, addressing your specific needs to help you get healthier and stay healthier while performing.

• Clarity on your goals. “It’s not what you look at that matters, but what you see.” - Henry David Thoreau. We need to know where we are, and where we’d like to go before we can do any work with confidence. You’ll be guided to gain clarity on your direction, so you can make informed decisions and maximize your time and potential for success.

• Mindfulness and breath work training. This stuff is a game changer. Learn to take control of your ability to stay present, perform and practice more fully and efficiently, and enjoy the process of making art more than you ever have.

• Mindset Coaching. “Whether you think can, or think you can’t - you’re right” - Henry Ford. Learn how to think so you can thrive in your art-making, stop your harmful inner critique from robbing you of your joy and output, and learn to kick procrastination to the curb.

• Accountability and Encouragement. I’ll be on your side to help keep you on track, and believe in you, even when you don’t.
